Riff Randell (P. J. Soles) loves rock-n-roll. So does all the students at Vince Lombardi High School. In fact, the kids of this high school so love their music that the traditional education is thrown out the window. Administrator after administrator is brought in to quell this unruly bunch of kids only to leave frustrated. Finally, Miss Evelyn Togar (Mary Woronov) arrives. She is tough and promises to return the high school to a respectable institution. But she has never encountered a group of kids as tough as these. When Riff’s idols, the Ramones, arrive to help, the school explodes in rock and roll fever. The teachers are ousted and the kids take total control. In the end will Vince Lombardi return to an institution of learning or will it become a haven for rock and roll? |
