“Scanners” is a futuristic tale about Darryl Revok (Michael Ironside) the most powerful Scanner of all time. Scanners are humans who have developed incredible mental powers and can be great psychic warriors and induce great physical pain to their victims with but a thought. Revok is the head of the underground Scanner movement seeking world domination. Believing that they are fit to rule the world due to their incredible metal powers. Revok is always on the look out for new Scanners to recruit to his underground movement. When one slips past Revok and into the hands of Doctor Paul Ruth (Patrick McGoohan) he is converted to the human cause and now mankind may just have an upper hand in stopping Revok.
